1. Be kind and respectful
Treat every chef, buyer, and viewer with courtesy. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, bullying, or targeting based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or age is not allowed and will be removed.
2. No illegal or unsafe content
Do not post, stream, or request anything that violates the law or endangers health and safety — including unlicensed alcohol sales, misrepresented ingredients, undeclared allergens, or content involving minors in unsafe contexts.
3. Be honest in reviews and chats
Reviews must reflect your real experience. Fake reviews, review bribery, or retaliation against a chef for refusing a request will be removed and may result in account suspension.
4. Respect privacy
Do not share another user's contact details, home address, or personal information. Recording and re-publishing a live stream outside Cooqly without consent is not allowed.
5. Report, don't retaliate
If you see something that breaks these rules, use the Help page or the report button. The Digital Services Act gives you the right to appeal moderation decisions — we respond within 72 hours.
