1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. They help us remember preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how the product is used.
For cookie-related personal data processing, the controller is MB SellixNet, operator of Cooqly.
2. Categories we use
- Strictly necessary — authentication, security, fraud prevention and consent state. These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics (optional) — anonymous, aggregated product usage. Only loaded after you accept in the banner.
We do not currently set marketing or advertising cookies. If that changes, you will be asked to consent again before any such cookie is loaded.
3. Cookies we set
| Cookie | Category | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| sb-<project-ref>-auth-token* | Necessary | Supabase auth session cookie(s) managed by @supabase/ssr (name can be chunked/suffixed). | 7 days |
| cooqly_admin_session | Necessary | HMAC-signed admin session (admins only). | 12 hours |
| NEXT_LOCALE | Necessary | Remembers your selected language (en / lt / es / fr). | 12 months |
Optional analytics (only with consent)
The following are loaded in your browser only after you accept optional analytics in the cookie banner. They are not first-party HTTP cookies; we list them here for transparency.
| Service | Category | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Sentry | Analytics (optional) | Error tracking and performance monitoring. Only loaded with analytics consent. |
| Plausible Analytics | Analytics (optional) | Privacy-friendly, aggregated page views. Only loaded with analytics consent. |
4. Data stored in your browser (not cookies)
Some things that feel like cookies are actually stored in your browser's local storage and never sent to our server automatically. You can clear them at any time via your browser's site-data controls.
| Key | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| cooqly_cookie_consent_v2 | Your cookie/analytics consent choices. | Until cleared |
| cooqly_cart | Items in your cart between visits. | Until cleared |
| cooqly_notifications | Your in-app notifications inbox. | Until cleared |
Plausible Analytics, when you consent to analytics, does not use traditional cookies; it uses privacy-preserving first-party storage to count anonymous page views. See Plausible's own documentation for details.
5. Third-party services
- Stripe. When you proceed to checkout, you are redirected to Stripe's hosted payment page. Stripe may set its own cookies on their domain.
- Mux. Live video streams are served via Mux. Mux player may collect playback telemetry on live pages.
6. Your choices
You can choose optional analytics when the cookie banner is shown. You may also block cookies in your browser; some features may not work correctly.
If you already dismissed the banner and want to reset your choice, clear site data for Cooqly in your browser settings and reload the site.
Opting out of analytics cookies does not disable strictly necessary cookies required for login, checkout, fraud prevention, and security.
7. More information
